Honorary Fellows
In addition to the Society’s Patron His Majesty The King and over 2,500 Fellows, the Society also has several Honorary Fellows.
Society Law 5: Honorary Fellows shall consist of persons eminent in any branch of antiquarian study, who must be recommended by the Council and elected in the same way as Fellows; they shall not be liable for any fee for admission or annual subscription. The number of Honorary Fellows shall not exceed twenty-five.
If you think someone who fulfils this criteria should be considered for Honorary Fellowship please contact the Director in the first instance with a full name and contact details of the nominee, and the reason for their nomination in no more than 500 words. Council will consider all nominations in advance of each Anniversary Meeting.
